Alberto Cabale is a premium yet accessible menswear brand with a Mediterranean spirit. We draw our inspiration from the relaxed elegance of southern Europe: noble materials, careful cuts, and a wardrobe designed to last beyond seasons.

Where are your clothes made?

Our collections are designed in Italy (Design in Italy) and made in workshops selected for their craftsmanship, in Europe and Asia depending on the materials and techniques required. Every piece meets our quality specifications, wherever it is made.

What are your values?

Menswear that combines demanding quality with accessibility: noble materials (cotton, linen, silk, cashmere), careful finishing (buttons stamped with the AC monogram, woven labels), without the prices of traditional luxury.

Cabale Comfort

What is the Cabale Comfort line?

Cabale Comfort is our range dedicated to absolute comfort, available on a selection of shirts, trousers, polos and t-shirts. It incorporates stretch fabrics that follow your movements without ever losing structure or elegance.

How is the Comfort line different from the rest of the collection?

The cut and aesthetics remain true to the Alberto Cabale identity, but the composition includes a share of elastane that brings suppleness and freedom of movement — ideal for everyday wear or for your most active days.

How do I recognise a Cabale Comfort product on the website?

These pieces are identified by the words “Cabale Comfort” in the product name and in its technical sheet (composition, care).

Materials & quality

What materials do you mainly use?
  • Cotton (poplin, piqué, 100% cotton)
  • Linen (dedicated collection for mid-season and summer)
  • Stretch denim (generally 98% cotton / 2% elastane)
  • Silk (60×60 and 90×90 squares, sarongs)
  • Cashmere and wool (Alberto Cabale and V1969 ranges depending on the season)
Are your products guaranteed against manufacturing defects?

Yes, any item with a proven manufacturing defect is taken care of — see the Returns & refunds section.

How are raw materials controlled?

Each reference is validated before production on the basis of fabric samples, with requirements for composition, colour fastness and washing resistance in line with European standards.

Size guide

How do I choose my size?

Each product page includes a size guide dedicated to the category (shirts, trousers, polos, shoes), with measurements in centimetres (chest, waist, leg length, etc.).

Do Alberto Cabale sizes match European standards?

Yes, our sizes follow the standard European nomenclature (S/M/L/XL for tops, numeric sizes 38–48 for trousers).

What should I do if I am between two sizes?

We generally recommend choosing the larger size for fitted cuts, and referring to the precise measurements in the guide rather than your usual size, as cuts may vary depending on the fabric (Cabale Comfort stretch, for example, fits differently from classic cotton).

Garment care

How do I care for my Alberto Cabale clothes?

Each piece comes with a care label detailing precise instructions (washing temperature, drying, ironing) using standard ISO symbols. As a general rule:

  • Machine wash at 30°C for cotton and denim
  • Hand wash or dry cleaning recommended for silk
  • Low-temperature ironing for stretch pieces
Can I machine wash my silk squares?

We recommend hand washing in cold water or dry cleaning to preserve the brightness of the colours and the texture of the silk.

How do I care for the leather of my shoes and accessories?

Regular care with a polish or nourishing cream suited to the colour extends the life of the leather. Avoid any prolonged exposure to moisture.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your items, choose your size and colour, then add them to the cart. Payment is made securely at the end of the order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?

Yes, within 24 hours of your order. After 12 to 24 hours, your order is handled directly by our logistics and can no longer be modified. The best way to notify us of a change is through your customer account, which automatically forwards your request to the relevant department, or via the chat available on the website.

How do I know my order has been registered?

A confirmation email is sent to you automatically when your order is confirmed, summarising the items, the amount and the delivery address.

An item is out of stock — will it be available again?

Some references come back in stock with seasonal restocking. You can activate a back-in-stock alert directly from your “My account” area, and you will be notified as soon as the item is available again.

Delivery

What are your delivery times?
  • France and neighbouring countries (Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Netherlands): 2 to 4 working days
  • Rest of Europe: 5 to 7 working days
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days
Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

What are the delivery costs?
  • France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Netherlands: €10 below €35 of purchase, free delivery above

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is shipped, allowing you to follow its progress in real time.

Returns & refunds

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days to return an item.

What are the conditions for a return to be accepted?

The item must be unworn, with its label attached, in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was delivered to you. The return slip must be included in your parcel.

Who pays for the return costs?

Return costs are fully covered by Alberto Cabale.

How do I initiate a return?

Simply make a request from your customer account. A return slip is then sent to you so you can send back your parcel.

How long does it take to be refunded?

You are refunded within 5 days of us receiving your return.

Can I exchange an item instead of being refunded?

Yes, you are welcome to exchange your item to adjust the size or the model as you prefer.

What should I do if my item arrived defective or does not match my order?

Contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the item concerned: a solution (exchange, refund) will be offered at no cost to you.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is payment on your website secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system that complies with industry standards (3D Secure protocol).

Can I pay in instalments?

This option is not yet available, but an instalment payment solution is being rolled out and will arrive very soon.

Will I receive an invoice?

An invoice is automatically available and sent by email after your order is confirmed.

Customer account

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, a customer account is not required: you can perfectly well order as a guest.

What are the advantages of a customer account?

An account lets you track your orders, view your purchase history, manage your delivery addresses and speed up your future orders.

How do I update my personal information?

Go to the “My account” section to update your details, your address or your password.

How do I delete my account and my personal data?

In accordance with the GDPR, you can request the deletion of your account and data by contacting our customer service at contact@albertocabale.com.

Does Alberto Cabale offer a programme for professionals (retailers, multi-brand stores)?

Yes, we work with retailers and partner stores through the Ankorstore platform. Access is open from a minimum purchase of €300.

How do I become an Alberto Cabale retailer?

Simply write to us to be contacted directly by our dedicated team, by phone or by email. The required documents are a valid intra-community VAT number and an email address — that's all.

What are the B2B pricing conditions?
